Seamless Paper Backdrop Rolls
One colour (max 3m) is included in in your booking. Extra use of colours is $50 per shoot.

All reservations are final. Once a booking is made, we are unable to issue a refund. Your booking MAY be rescheduled if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. It is not possible to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather. If you need to change due to weather, please give us 48 hours notice.

All access to the studio must be authorised.

Attend your scheduled booking on time and prepare your shoot to end on time to avoid a late fee of $40. During studio rental time, you will be responsible for loading in, setting up, cleaning, and tearing down. A $40 late fee will be applied if you exceed 15 minutes of your reserved time. As we understand the space will be used for creative shoots, we ask that it be left in a respectable state. Cleaning fees will be charged otherwise.

We ask that you use the designated bathroom at the back of the warehouse. Follow the arrows on the floor; they will lead you to the toilets. Please refrain from touching or moving anything in the warehouse.

To avoid wasting paper, ensure that you cut it neatly and straight. Unless the paper is damaged and unusable, trimming is unnecessary after every use. There is a $50 fee if you use more than 3 meters of backdrop paper that is included in your booking. To use extra colours, you will be charged $50 per colour per shoot.

The upstairs area, as well as the room next door, are prohibited for shooting; please only use the designated area. There will be a Beach People employee on hand monitoring the space for the duration of all bookings

Please do not drag or lift furniture across the studio floor, but you are welcome to move it anywhere in the studio. When moving heavy items, please have someone assist you in order to avoid scratches and injuries. Make sure you arrange the furniture back in the same place it was when you first entered the room. The client booker/renter is responsible for paying for any damage/marks to the space or furniture/props.

All rubbish should be disposed of in the bins located behind the warehouses or in the kitchen. Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio unless we have approved it before booking.
Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the studio. Any client who smokes, or anyone in the client's party, will be asked to leave the shoot immediately, and your booking and allocated time will be terminated without a refund unless prior communication has been made with the studio regarding the use of such products.

We are not responsible for any belongings left behind. Before you leave, ensure that all your belongings have been collected. We will not hold onto any belongings left behind.

There are no pets allowed unless we have approved them prior.
